I am grateful for the privilege I have had over a period of many years of hearing at Wednesday testimony meetings in Churches of Christ, Scientist, healings brought about through Christian Science and of reading them in our periodicals. In this acknowledgment of my gratitude. I wish to give some of my experiences.

I first became interested in Christian Science through the instantaneous healing of my oldest daughter of an attack of pneumonia after the doctors had given up hopes of her recovery.

Many years ago my son was driving my car during a rainstorm. I was sitting beside him, reading The Christian Science Journal. When I looked up, the car was in a skid and had turned completely around. As it started to leave the road, the words "God is here" came to me. The car dropped down into a deep culvert and turned completely over, but neither my son nor I was hurt in the least. I arranged to have the car pulled out by a towing company and learned the next day that it was not damaged.
