"I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore" (Ps. 86:12). Many loving hands have reached out to me along my upward way in the study of Christian Science. Many words of enlightenment, comfort, and encouragement have been spoken. Therefore it is my desire to share in extending; this message of Truth, which Mary Baker Eddy has given to the world in her book Science and Health.

Over twenty-five years ago I experienced great physical suffering, attended by numerous allergies, including the inability to eat certain foods. Every known method of materia medica was of no avail. When the situation became so hopeless that I was unable to drink water, I requested a dear neighbor to talk to me about Christian Science. She read to me the chapter on Prayer from Science and Health. The effect was immediate, and I was able to drink several glasses of water.

Greatly encouraged by this clear evidence of the efficacy of Truth, I engaged the services of a Christian Science practitioner. Although progress was slow, many lessons were learned, including the need for steadfastness in the daily study of the Bible Lessons in the Christian Science Quarterly. One by one the physical limitations dropped away until the healing was completed.
