LIFE'S GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY

At this season of the year many young people are standing at the doorway of unlimited opportunities for service, growth, and advancement. Having completed certain courses in education, they are now ready to enter upon their careers and to take their places in the business and professional world. Although this editorial is directed primarily to this eager and expectant group, it also has significance for all Christian Scientists who wish to progress in their daily activities.

Mary Baker Eddy writes in the Preface to her book "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. vii), "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings." To lean upon God, we must know Him aright as omnipresent divine Mind and His creation as spiritual, eternal, and perfect.

The Apostle John describes the Christ as saying (Rev. 3:20), "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."
