Activities for the Armed Services
Christian Science Activities for the Armed Services is grateful to report that its field workers are continuously receiving invitations to give talks on Christian Science to groups of non-Scientists in Armed Forces installations. The call for these talks evidences an interest in Christian Science and a desire to know more about it.
Georgia
In preparation for a Religious Emphasis Week at a large military installation, the Post Chaplain invited prominent Protestant, Catholic, and Jewish religious leaders to be the guest speakers and to conduct church services for the benefit of the Army personnel at this fort. Among those invited to participate was our Christian Science Minister for the Armed Services.
