JIMMY had learned that God is Love, as the Bible tells us. He had also learned that in reality he was God's child and that God cared for and protected him. He knew that only the good is real. He had learned all these things in the Christian Science Sunday School, where the textbooks are the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

Jimmy had used these truths many times when error had tried to tell him that something other than God, good, was real. One day at school he had another opportunity to use the truths which he had been taught.

It was a lovely autumn day, and it was recess time at the public school which Jimmy attended. Three teachers were in charge of the playground. Jimmy's teacher was one of them. She was a student of Christian Science, and she and Jimmy attended the same church.
