The teaching and ministry of...
Front Rank
The teaching and ministry of Jesus was built upon the foundations laid in childhood and youth. His parables reveal a knowledge of home and community life which he could have gained only through experience. He quoted freely from the scriptures which he had learned. This should remind us of the importance of laying good foundations for living early in life. Habits formed during childhood and youth often remain to bless or curse our adult life. The childhood of Jesus is a wonderful example of the importance of a well-adjusted home life. Every effort should be made to give our children this same kind of opportunity.
