Church Dedications
Note: Christian Science churches are dedicated only when free from debt.
Waterville Morning Sentinel
Waterville, Maine (Society).
Members from the Waterville area and guests from several other Maine cities were present Sunday [July 28, 1957] for dedication ceremonies conducted by Christian Science Society for their church building on School Street.
The church was filled for the morning service and again at the afternoon service.
The church building was completed in January of 1932.
In a statement read at the dedicatory services, the members expressed their gratitude for the spiritual and financial support of friends and attendants, and to the ... Trustees under the Will of Mary Baker Eddy who assisted in making the dedication possible.
