Seek, and ye shall find; knock...

"Seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you" (Matt. 7:7). This Bible promise has been fulfilled for me through the study of Christian Science.

I have had many healings, some of which have been instantaneous. One day I was struck in the forehead by a baseball thrown with considerable force. For several days afterward I had headaches; so I asked for help from a Christian Science practitioner. I had planned a trip to attend for the first time the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church, and I expressed fear that I would not be able to be present. The practitioner lovingly said that nothing could keep man from his rightful place. I received a complete healing in a few days, and I attended the meeting.

Another healing was that of congestion and severe pain in my throat and in my head, particularly in my ears. While suffering from this condition I was alone, and I became frightened. Then the thought came to me that I could not really be alone, because God is with me at all times. I called a practitioner, and she assured me that Life is not in physicality. In less than two hours a crackling noise occurred in both ears, and I was free from all pain. Within a short time I was completely healed.
