I shall always be grateful to the one who so lived Christian Science that I wanted to know what she had which I did not have. Through the years I have had many healings, but I am especially thankful for protection, since much of my time is spent in driving a car.

One day while I was going to my office, the bus in which I was riding tipped over on the slippery road, and my right arm was injured. The pain was intense, and I had someone call a Christian Science practitioner. Relief came at once. After I arrived at the hospital, where I was taken at the insistence of the transportation company, I called the practitioner myself. The pain at once disappeared, and it never returned. When the doctors examined my arm they found that there had been a fracture of both bones near the wrist, but they were already perfectly set. There was no pain or swelling, and the complete healing came quickly.

My gratitude for Mother Church membership, class instruction, and branch church activities is very great. I am deeply grateful to God for Mrs. Eddy and her revelation of Christian Science.—(Mrs.) Anna Schmidt, Concord, California.
