Sincere gratitude for Christian Science...

Sincere gratitude for Christian Science and for all the blessings it has brought both to me and to my family motivates the writing of this testimony.

Mrs. Eddy says (Science and Health, p. 480), "Consciousness, as well as action, is governed by Mind,—is in God, the origin and governor of all that Science reveals." That divine Mind directs and governs our thoughts and acts has been proved to me. Through studying Christian Science and allowing the one Mind to guide, a member of our family found suitable employment in a harmonious atmosphere. Although the new position meant moving the family many miles and relinquishing an established home, at no time was any sense of fear expressed. Through the understanding that man dwells in the consciousness of God a new and more beautiful home was constructed.

Christian Science has brought me a brighter outlook on daily activity. Cheerfulness has replaced dismay, joy has routed sadness, and assurance has overcome a sense of insecurity. Through the study of the truth I was healed of a persistent and painful sinus ailment that had necessitated many a trip to the family physician before I found Science. This healing came nine years ago, and there has not been any recurrence.
