As one who has had the benefit of knowing Christian Science since early childhood, I should like to relate a few of the many healings I have had. At one time I had a class of high school seniors that had caused a disciplinary problem in the school where I was teaching. Some of the boys were refused admission to the auditorium and to the library because of their disorderly conduct. Punishment for their various pranks was frequently discussed by the principal, the deans, and the parents. In spite of my work in Christian Science and the most scrupulous attention to the academic preparation for this class, the group continued to be talkative and boisterous.

Then one Wednesday evening at a testimony meeting in a Church of Christ, Scientist, to which I had gone feeling tired and discouraged, a light dawned in my thought. I saw that I had been working wrongly. I had begun with a problem class. In the spiritual illumination which came to me I saw that God's ideas are already perfect, needing no reformation. All that needed correcting was my own mistaken concept of a difficult class. I saw all the students of this group as in reality obedient, orderly, cooperative. This realization filled me with great joy.

The next morning I forgot the whole matter until the pupils appeared. It was with awe that I saw them enter the classroom quietly and proceed with the work at hand. The whole picture of a problem class was erased, and I remember that group as one of the most interesting and intelligent of my entire teaching experience.
