With humble and sincere gratitude to God for Mrs. Eddy's revelation of Christian Science I give my testimony. The teachings of this Science have enabled me to trust unswervingly in God and to have confidence in the security which the study and practice of Christian Science give to its adherents. It is now twenty-six years since my wife and I became interested in Christian Science, and during that time it has been our only physician and has met our every need.

I was healed of severe stomach ulcers, which for weeks prevented my retaining food. Although this condition was slow in yielding, I knew all the time that, as we are taught in Christian Science, the child of God is perfect and that there is no room for imperfection to be made manifest in God's idea. Having been taught that material sense testimony is unreal, I realized that the time had come for me to prove this and to reject error's plea for acceptance. I knew that God is taking care of all His children.

Mrs. Eddy writes in Science and Health (p. 167), "Only through radical reliance on Truth can scientific healing power be realized." Through such reliance I was completely healed. During the entire experience I was so uplifted that I was able to attend to my work with only three days' absence.
