ILLIMITABLE LIFE

Mary Lucretia Barker Franklin

She said, "I have been studying eternal Life,
And it is wonderful!"
And how we all rejoiced to see her smile again
With new assurance.
The sense of limitation, age, and pain
Had disappeared,
And she was like a little child, her hand
Held tenderly by Love.
