Signs of the Times

From a book review by
Alice Dixon Bond in the
Boston Sunday Herald, Massachusetts

One of the most distinctive, and distinguished, biographies of the year is that of "Mary Baker Eddy and Her Books" by one of the world's great makers of books as well as a renowned author, William Dana Orcutt.

Mr. Orcutt's personal association with the great Leader of the Christian Science church lasted for eighteen years, beginning in 1892 and running until 1910, although for nearly sixty years he has made all of her books, including the magnificent Subscription Edition of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," the production of which is an epic in the history of American bookmaking.
