I should like to testify to the many blessings I have received in Christian Science, which include healings of sicknesses and the overcoming of other evils.

For years I had injections and other medical treatment, but the physical difficulties did not yield. Heart disease and nervous weakness were accompanied by fainting spells, and a fear of recurring attacks was so acute that I no longer wanted to live. Specialists tried to bring about an improvement in my condition, but all their efforts were in vain. For two years my condition was so bad that the daily walk to my place of business was torture. Then a friend called my attention to Christian Science, and I asked a Christian Science practitioner for help. With deep gratitude I can testify that the practitioner showed me a new way of life, and with her help I was completely freed within a very short time of the fear of attacks and the agonizing condition itself. I am inexpressibly grateful for this healing.

A thorough study of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, further awakened me to the presence of a universe of good and showed me that material beliefs and suffering are unreal. I thank God for all the rich blessings and benefits which have come to me through Christian Science. This Science is leading many from darkness into light and is furnishing a basis for true brotherliness and lasting peace among nations.
