I am most grateful for this opportunity to praise God by testifying to the healing and protecting power of Christian Science. This Science came into my life over forty-six years ago when all material help for a nervous condition and insomnia had failed me. I was employed at that time by one who presented me with a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy and also directed me to a Christian Science practitioner. This practitioner asked me if I was through with medicine and doctors. I said I was. After my first treatment I slept normally, and in a few more visits my healing was complete, and has been permanent.

When problems have presented themselves to me, I have always relied on Christian Science. My children have been healed of measles, burns, and whooping cough in about three weeks; lost articles have been found, and colds have been quickly overcome.

I am grateful to be a member of The Mother Church and of a branch church, for the privilege of class instruction, for serving in various capacities in a branch church, and for the spiritual growth and the joy which Christian Science has meant to me in my life. I thank God, the Giver of all good, Christ Jesus, and our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, who has given this satisfying healing religion to all humanity.— (Mrs.) Ida M.
