Friendly contact has continued with the local editors, and nothing has appealed in print during the ear which needed correction. Owing to paper shortage which still continues, though to a less degree than previously, the excerpts from the Lesson-Sermon do not yet appear regularly. Only one paper prints them occasionally. The "Gems of Thought" are still sent each week to three papers, and we hope that when more space is available their liberal publication will be resumed.
