I too should like to express my joyous gratitude for Christian Science. It was over five years ago that I went with my youngest son to a new city to establish a home and find employment. I was heartsick and weary and longed for security and peace.

Seeking employment, I went to the office of a physician. This man had known my husband, who was a physician, and I felt that out of kindness and appreciation of my former experience in a doctor's office he would help me find employment. He was very kind, but quite preoccupied, and when I left his office my heart grew heavy with anxiety and fear. As I walked toward the elevator I looked down the hall, and there were the words "Christian Science Reading Room." I had always hoped to take up the study of Christian Science some day, and all at once I realized that here was the answer, that now was the time to do so.

I hurried down the hall and opened the door. The gentle voice that greeted me at once broke the grief and anxiety in my heart, and I began to shed tears of thankfulness. The attendant placed in my hands "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. They very first words in the Preface lifted the anxiety so heavy in my heart: "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings."
