Many times the thought has come to me that I should like to contribute a testimony to the Christian Science Sentinel, expressing gratitude for the many healings and blessings which I have received through the study of Christian Science.

My first healing was of an inflamed and painful growth on a finger. For three years doctors had tried many remedies, but the growth persisted. When I learned of Christian Science and began to study it and apply the healing power of God, the growth disappeared, much to the amazement of my family.

Sinus trouble was healed while I was attending a Wednesday evening testimony meeting. Arch supports were laid aside after I had worn them for twenty years. I experienced a healing of an unhappy home life. But painful headaches and stomach pains held me in bondage. I prayed, studied, searched the periodicals as well as the Bible with the help of the concordance, and asked for Christian Science help, but to no avail. When I truly searched my conscience, asking myself if I were loving as God wants me to love and if I had stopped hating and condemning one who I thought had greatly wronged me, I stopped feeling sorry for myself. I called a practitioner for help, and told her of my self-searching. After three or four treatments, I was freed of the headaches and stomach pains of many years' standing.
