R. Ashley Vines, Committee on Publication for Victoria, Australia
The Courier, Ballarat
It is gratifying to note the increasing frequency with which the writings of Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, are being correctly quoted with due acknowledgment in the more enlightened sections of the daily press, in many parts of the civilized world today. When, however, your correspondent used the ideas of Mrs. Eddy in a recent issue without proper acknowledgment the quotation as published was not quite what Mrs. Eddy said, and lost much of its real spiritual value through incorrect capitalization.
It would be greatly appreciated if your customary generosity were to grant space for the correct quotation, with the capitalization used by Mrs. Eddy, so that those of your readers who are ready to receive it may have the boon of its healing and beneficent message.
