I wish to express my very sincere gratitude to God for the many blessings that have come to me through the study and application of Christian Science.

My interest in Science was awakened after I read the testimonies of healing in a copy of The Christian Science Journal in 1906. I said to myself. "That which is good for those people is good for me." For more than twenty years I had kept a certain advertised herb at hand in case of need for frequent bilious attacks. At once I took an unopened package of the remedy and burned it in the stove. From that day to this I have had no need for its use.

During the following six months I made an earnest study of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. Some time later, after the passing of my loved mother, Christian Science healed me of grief and loneliness, and brought me a clearer view of immortality. Many long and difficult problems have been solved, but I consider my greatest blessing to be the knowledge that throughout all time there stretches a spiritual highway enriched with unlimited spiritual opportunities and joys.
