"Be still, and know that I am God."—Psalms 46:10.
In
the quiet stillness
Of my thought at rest,
There will I know Thee,
Lord, forever blest.
Like the quiet waters,
Mirroring the trees,
So do we see Thee,
When the heart's at ease.
The tumult silenced,
And the conflict still;
Then Love reflected
Replaces my will.
