It is with a heart full of love and gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me during the past three years that I send this testimony. Because of the overanxiety of the family, I had a medical examination, with the result that I went to the hospital for an operation. The surgeon there said there was a malignant growth, so they did what they could for me. After spending two and a half weeks in the hospital, I returned home, and in less than a year's time the condition was the same as before I went to the hospital. Much to the surprise of the doctors and my family, I then asked for help from a Christian Science practitioner, which was lovingly given, and I was restored to health. Through this experience I learned that "the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword." My friends who are not interested in Christian Science marvel at my healing. They tell me now if they had not witnessed it they would not have believed it possible.

Mrs. Eddy says in Science and Health (p. 243), "Truth, Life, and Love are a law of annihilation to everything unlike themselves, because they declare nothing except God." I am truly grateful to God and the practitioner for this wonderful healing, and for what Christian Science is doing for all mankind.
