Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

During the past year no item requiring correction was brought to the attention of this office.

The growing popularity of The Christian Science Monitor, and the esteem in which it is held by journalists, is attested by the many reprints of news items and editorials. Further interest is shown by the several acceptances of the exchange-for-advertising offer of The Christian Science Publishing Society, whereby a subscription to the Monitor is offered in exchange for a small amount of advertising. This offer is extended to all newspapers in Colorado. One editor, in renewing his subscription, wrote, "I have never read a paper with such an unbiased opinion, yet it is able to keep a progressive outlook."

The numerous expressions of appreciation for the Christian Science devotional program broadcast each Sunday morning over KOA, Denver, from 8.30 to 8.45, are gratifying, and the requests for articles and citations read are evidence of the growing interest in Christian Science. Inquiries for further information on Christian Science show that non-Scientists who perhaps could not be reached in any other way are becoming interested.
