Among the Churches

Saugatuck, Michigan (Society).—Christian Science Society of Saugatuck dedicated its edifice on Sunday, July 10, 1938. Two services were held, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The two services were attended by friends from surrounding towns, and nearly two hundred were accommodated.

The church is situated on the Public Square and blends in with the village architecture, adding much to the dignity and beauty of Saugatuck.

The regular order of service for that day, which was Communion Sunday, was followed. A beautiful arrangement of the Lord's Prayer was sung by a visiting soloist, and a short history of the society was read by the First Reader. Five of the original group were present to rejoice in the fulfillment of their work.
