Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

Province of Nova Scotia, Canada.

Since January there have been no less than forty quotations and reprints from The Christian Science Monitor in the Halifax Herald and the Halifax Chronicle.

The Committee is grateful for letters of appreciation received from editors. The editor of the Times, New Waterford, writes, "The Monitor provides me with a fund of information concerning the news of the world, that perhaps no other organ in Canada can equal." The editor of the Richmond County Record writes, "We consider the Monitor the best edited paper in North America, every page is carefully edited and contains the best class of literature." The editor of the Maritime Baptist at Wolfville writes, "You certainly represent a great publishing organization, in which one always feels the general public may place reliance."

At the suggestion of the Assistant Committee at Wolfville, one year's subscription to the Monitor was presented to Acadia University Library. A very nice letter of appreciation was received from the librarian.
