Mind's Productiveness
The question of production is prominent in human thought both in regard to its quality, its lack or surplus, and its distribution. From this material, uncertain sense of production arise most of the industrial problems within and between nations.
Another aspect of production for which Christian Science offers the remedy relates to abnormal conditions of poverty and of disease which appear unasked in human experience and do not so readily disappear. Those who seem sick in mind and body, weary physically and mentally, may be regarding certain conditions as having to be endured since they cannot be cured, as the saying is. Christian Science reverses this discordant evidence of the material senses. It brings enlightenment and liberation to the human race through the spiritual understanding of true production.
On page 380 of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," Mrs. Eddy writes, "Many years ago the author made a spiritual discovery, the scientific evidence of which has accumulated to prove that the divine Mind produces in man health, harmony, and immortality." This Science teaches that we must look to divine Mind, not to matter, for true production, and that when found in the reflection of divine Mind, our supply of health, happiness, and daily necessities is not subject to fluctuation or loss.
