Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

Virginia.

The newspapers have been most helpful in our work of making Christian Science better known in Virginia. Seldom is it necessary to correct an erroneous statement relative to our religion, but when the occasion arises, the correction is always courteously published.

Local newspapers have also co-operated by giving us space for lecture reports, the weekly excerpts from the Lesson-Sermons, and accounts of our Thanksgiving service. The Lesson-Sermon excerpts are also being published regularly by several editors in localities where there are no branches of The Mother Church.
