In an article which appeared in "The Quiet Corner" of your issue of February 13 [1936], some erroneous statements regarding Christian Science were made. Space is respectfully asked for correction.
I should like to point out that the religion of Christian Science is the religion of primitive Christianity, as taught and demonstrated by Christ Jesus and his early followers. It is therefore as impossible to be deceived by the teachings of Christian Science as by the religion of Christ Jesus. It was largely by the introduction of ritualism and dogma that the healing art of primitive Christianity was lost. Christian Science has brought about the restoration of this important part of Christ's Christianity. Christian Science is not a thing apart from Christianity, but rather the essence of it.
