In the fourteen years in which I have been privileged to know and gain an understanding of Christian Science, it has met my every need and that of my family. Numerous healings have taken place, among which are those of headaches, colds, influenza, rheumatism, biliousness, seasickness, measles, and infection.

Our children have both been protected and healed by its ministrations. Our son was healed of severe burns in ten days' time, when his face and shoulder were scalded, and he experienced no suffering from the time the practitioner was reached and the work commenced. This healing was accounted miraculous by some who witnessed it. Our daughter was also healed of a severe glandular condition or growth, which was a convincing example of mental surgery. At the proper time, through the faithful work of the practitioner, this growth opened in two places and all impurities were carried away.

We have experienced protection while traveling, and what might have been a serious accident was averted by divine guidance, and in obedience to the "still small voice," which turned me to our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and the Christian Science Quarterly Bible Lessons, just before the experience occurred.
