I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science and for all the blessings which the study of this new-old religion has brought into my life for the past sixteen years. During that time I have experienced many physical healings, for which I am deeply grateful. Among these were the healings of an abscess, internal disorder, nervous breakdown, throat affection, stomach trouble, partial paralysis, spinal trouble, influenza, and severe colds. Grateful though I am for all these healings through spiritual means, they cannot be compared with the joy and happiness that have come to me through the study of the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, for this study has given me the true understanding of God and man, and of man's relationship to God.

I am grateful for having had the privilege of bringing this glorious truth to others; for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church; for the practitioners and the lecturers; for all the helpful literature which comes to us daily, weekly, and monthly, including the Dutch Edition of The Herald of Christian Science; and for the privilege of sharing by contributing my mite to the fund for the building of the new Publishing House. I am grateful to God, the Giver of all good; to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower; and to Mary Baker Eddy, the messenger of Truth.
