During the past seventeen years Christian Science has never failed me when honestly applied. I have seen healings of blood poisoning, dropsy, gangrenous appendicitis—so pronounced by a physician—and warts, and the filling of cavities in teeth take place in our family through the application of Truth as taught in Christian Science. Here may I also acknowledge protection for a child in the family, who has never experienced any of the so-called children's diseases.

Truly, I am grateful for the practitioners who so lovingly and obediently practice what our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, has set forth in our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures;" grateful also for all our periodicals and to those contributing thereto.

I consider it a privilege and a blessing to be identified with this great movement for good, which is destined to lead all mankind into the understanding that the kingdom of heaven is at hand.—(Mrs.)Jewel Heffernan, Long Island City, New York.
