The meeting was opened with the singing of Hymn No. 310. The Chairman then read from Psalms 95:1-3; 96:1, 8; 105:1, 2; Luke 17:12-18; Psalms 92:1, 2, 4 (to :), 5 (to !); and from "Miscellaneous Writings," page 110:21-25; Church Manual, page 60:15-17; "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany," page 131:1-7; "Miscellaneous Writings," page 340:5-10, 23-25; "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany," page 159:14-18; page 213:1-3.

Mr. Burr read a letter from The Christian Science Board of Directors as follows:
