Having received much help and encouragement from the testimonies given in The Christian Science Journal and Sentinel, I desire to tell of my many blessings that others may be helped.

My first healings, accomplished through reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, were of nervous prostration, sick headaches, and a severe throat trouble, which two physicians pronounced incurable. With the help of practitioners I have also been healed of influenza, sprained ankle, burns, and colds. While cutting ice for a drink, I ran an ice pick through my thumb. This was on a Saturday. On Tuesday there was no trace of the injury. The study and application of the truths taught in Christian Science have corrected faults of disposition, have given me a more harmonious home, and have brought to me more blessings than I can find words to express. I want my life to speak my gratitude.

I am deeply grateful for class instruction, for membership in The Mother Church, for the privilege of teaching in the Sunday school, and for the love and patience expressed by practitioners. I am most grateful to Mrs. Eddy for her wonderful unselfed love for mankind in giving us a demonstrable and practical interpretation of the Bible. This testimony would not be complete without an expression of my appreciation of The Christian Science Monitor, our daily messenger.
