No Night There

Thou need'st not fear the shadows of the night,
For soon, to prove their nothingness, the dawn
That comes to banish silent gloom with light
Finds night unreal—its seeming selfhood gone.

Take heart, dear one. Arise! Now doth appear
Thy dawn with glowing rays of Truth above
The dim horizon. All sorrow, pain, and fear,
Like phantoms, vanish in the light of Love.
