I am most grateful for the healing of my youngest daughter of tuberculosis. The laws in this state in regard to that ailment are very strict, so she was completely isolated, her employer having made arrangements for her removal to a sanitarium, upon the physician's frankly stating that she had not more than six months at the longest to live and that the best and only thing to do was to make that brief period of time as comfortable as possible. After a week of absent treatment the Christian Science practitioner assured me that all was well, that no more help was needed. Two weeks later, at the date set for her removal, when the final tests were made, the physicians were astonished to find no trace of the disease; and after much argument as to how such a mistake had been made she was released. That was late in 1930; today she is a healthy, normal girl.

Since Christian Science first came into our home in 1890 there have been more proofs of its efficacy than I can relate. An older child was healed of scarlet fever and diphtheria in a single day's treatment, and my five-months-old baby was so protected by the truth that she manifested no symptoms of the trouble.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Christian Science, and to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for the loving labor that gave to us this truth which proves God an ever present help in time of trouble.
