Christian Science was presented to me about three years ago when I was incapacitated by sickness and had been for about twelve months. I had tried all material remedies for relief, such as medicine, X-ray treatment, dietetics, an operation, and also herbal treatment. As these remedies had proved unsatisfactory I turned to Christian Science. I secured the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, from the Christian Science Reading Room; and by the constant study and application of its teachings, which coincide with the Scriptures, I have been restored to an active, useful, and happy life. During the period which has followed Christian Science has been the only remedy in our home.
