The healing of my eldest son of stammering is one of the many healings in our family for which I am very grateful. When he was small we had to put him in a private school, as he was tested so much by other children. This stammering condition was very bad from the time he could first talk until he was finishing the fifth grade. By the time he was ready to enter the sixth grade in the public school he was perfectly free and has been so for the past four years.

This particular healing was rather a slow one, but a great many other difficulties were overcome for him during this time, some almost instantly. The healing was accomplished through the loving help of Christian Science practitioners, to whom I am very grateful in this instance as well as in many others during the past eleven years. A number of people who knew of his condition formerly, and have seen and talked with him since he was healed, have been very much interested in this healing. One gentleman, who had always been rather opposed to Christian Science, told me he had heard a great deal about Christian Science healings, but that my son's healing of stammering was the only one he had actually seen take place. He added that he was starting to read the literature, including the Monitor.

I have also experienced a great many healings through my own efforts, for which I am extremely grateful. Some of these healings were of burns, corns, ingrown toenails, colds, business problems, and results of accidents.
