A little girl of eight, who from babyhood has been a pupil in The Mother Church Sunday School, spoke about the small allowances she and her elder brother received from their parents, and said: "Of course we cannot be fooling around now with buying candy and such things. That Publishing House has to be built."

The little people are setting a worthy example in making personal sacrifices to contribute to the new Publishing House. A number of instances have been reported to The Christian Science Board of Directors, among which are the following.

A mother living on the plains in the Northwest writes of her two children, who, as she puts it, "are enthused over the opportunity to contribute." Each has a Liberty Bell bank, purchased when last in Boston. In the banks are put each week a dime of their own earnings. These children have refrained from going to the moving pictures shows that they might place the price of the tickets in their banks, and at their own suggestion they will continue to accumulate funds until April 1, when these will be transmitted to the Treasurer of The Mother Church.
