Letter from the Field

"Being compelled to be absent from attendance at one of our church services to-day, for the first time since I became a regular attendant about sixteen years ago, it was my privilege to sit in my chair and 'listen in' to the morning service at The Mother Church. What a privilege, and what a blessing! As I sat and listened to the beautiful truth, coming in as clear as though I was in the front pew of the main auditorium, and as I joined in the hymns and prayer, I was enabled so to realize the truth that mesmerism was destroyed; and at the close of the service the condition which had kept me in my chair for two days and nights so improved that I got up, shaved, dressed, and sat with the family at dinner.

"What a blessing these radioed services must be to the shut-ins! I just wanted you to know the good our services are doing, and how grateful I am to our consecrated workers in all the fields of our activities, especially to the practitioners, the Readers in our churches, and the Board of Directors of The Mother Church, who are alert to use every possible human channel to bring to hungry humanity everywhere the healing truth which our beloved Leader discovered.

"E. R. B. Allardice, Clinton, Massachusetts."
