For over twenty-four years Christian Science has been my only physician and help in all times of need. God, our Father-Mother, has been not only my supply, but my supplier, in the degree that I have let go of self and sought Truth righteously.

I have been healed of many so-called diseases, both physical and mental, and of worry. Christian Science has shown me that man in God's likeness can no more be sick or sinful, or have any trouble or worry, than can God; neither can man be fatigued, for as our dear Leader tells us on page 387 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," "When we realize that immortal Mind is ever active, and that spiritual energies can neither wear out nor can so-called material law trespass upon God-given powers and resources, we are able to rest in Truth, refreshed by the assurances of immortality, opposed to mortality." This paragraph strengthened and sustained me at a time when physical work seemed more than I was capable of. I gained courage and endurance by holding it constantly in thought, until it was no longer necessary for me to continue in that line of work. I learned the spiritual meaning of one of our beautiful hymns, a verse of which reads:
