Lodi News

Lodi, California (First Church). —Construction of First Church of Christ, Scientist, at Lee and Elm Streets has been started. Brick covered with granite finish stucco will be used. The top will be surmounted with a steel dome, giving the building a tabernacle appearance. The auditorium is being built in octagon shape and will be equipped with pews and an organ. The building will be fifty by seventy feet, and the entrance will be set out from the corner. —Lodi News.
