I am very grateful indeed for all that Christian Science has done and is doing for me. When my parents came into Christian Science, I was seven years of age. It has been a great privilege to have been brought up in a Christian Science home circle, and to go through a Christian Science Sunday School. Through Christian Science treatment I have been healed of rheumatic fever without any after effects of blood poisoning, and of influenza.

I am grateful for these healings, and also that the teachings of Christian Science have healed me and are still healing me of erroneous traits of character. I am grateful for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church; for class instruction and the annual Association meetings; for the authorized literature, which is such a constant help; for the Bible Lesson; in fact, for all the channels through which good and joy come to us. My thanks go to God, and to Christ Jesus, and also to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for giving us such a wonderful organization.
