Love's Smile

There 's the smile that 's above and around us, the smile of God's presence and power,
Which reflected in beauty and goodness, bears token of Love's priceless dower.

There 's the smile of the sun on the water, reflected in dimples and mirth,
In a joyous response to the symbol of Life, Truth, and Love touching earth.

There 's the smile of the flower through the raindrops, where beauty and sweetness full-blown
Are unfolding to those who perceive it — Love's smile, which in beauty we own.
