I should like to tell of an experience which revealed to me so clearly the omnipotence and omnipresence of God. Some time ago I was about to undergo dental treatment. Before this took place, a sense of fear seemed to come over me. While under this mesmerism of fear it came to me that now was an opportunity to put into practice what I knew of the truth which makes men free. I did put into practice what I understood of Christian Science, and realized only the power of God, with a beautiful result. All sense of fear vanished. The dental work was perfect. All was harmony instead of discord. I should also like to add that about eleven years ago I had an illness which the doctors said was consumption, but with help from a loving Christian Science practitioner I have had a perfect healing.
For these and many other blessings I am grateful to God. I am also grateful to our revered Leader. Mrs. Eddy, for giving to the world this wonderful truth, which when understood does make men free; and my desire is to be a worthy student of her teaching.
(Miss) Lucy Cash, Ludlow, Shropshire, England.
