By way of correcting any false impression that may have been conveyed by the statement of a clergyman published in your issue of recent date, please permit me to say that, while Christian Science denies the existence of evil as a part of God's spiritual creation, it by no means ignores it as a phase of human experience. Christian Science, in fact, directly deals with all evil conditions as effects of erroneous or sinful thinking, and definitely holds that the correction of such conditions necessarily follows the application of spiritual right thinking.
