The Christian Science Heralds

One who was serving in the literature distribution work in a branch Church of Christ, Scientist, was earnestly seeking to handle the work intelligently and to good purpose. In the course of her Christianly scientific work, it occurred to her thoroughly to examine her thought as to her acquaintance with the Christian Science periodicals which were being distributed through the committee; and the results of this study and analysis were so helpful that she desires the privilege of sharing with others some of the points gained.

The periodicals were taken up separately, and the current numbers thoroughly studied in a way that this particular student had never done before. As the breadth of the field covered by and the great scope and purpose of each of the periodicals began to dawn upon the student's perception, there arose great and unspeakable gratitude for the magnitude and completeness of this work which our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, so lovingly and carefully commenced and established.

The study of the French and German Heralds of Christian Science was very interesting and helpful. It was soon realized that these important periodicals had been accepted by this student with insufficient appreciation and lack of discernment of their value. There is certainly great cause for joy that these Heralds are going forth to-day.
