Announcement

The Treasurer of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, has been authorized to receive contributions from individuals and branch churches and societies for relief work in Japan.

Contributions for this purpose should be sent to Edward L. Ripley, Treasurer, 236 Huntington Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts, and the funds will be expended under the direction of The Christian Science Board of Directors.

After the Directors determine that the necessity for which this Fund is established has passed, they will apply the remainder for other relief work as occasion may arise.

The collections taken on Sunday, September 9, in The Mother Church, at the morning and evening services, over and above the amount of the average Sunday collections, were devoted to the relief work in Japan.
