Cincinnati, Ohio (Second Church).—The new building for Second Church of Christ, Scientist, will be ninety feet wide and one hundred and twenty feet long. It has an auditorium and balcony that will seat approximately a thousand persons. The Sunday school room is on the ground floor, and accommodates eight hundred. The design of the structure is in the Italian renaissance style. The masses and proportions, as well as the detail, have been worked out in a most harmonious manner, the result being very pleasing. The exterior walls and columns of the building will be of Indiana limestone and buff brick. The interior of the auditorium is to have a wainscot of black walnut reaching to the height of the window sills, the treatment above this point to be of ornamental plaster. Heating, ventilating, vacuum cleaning, electrical equipment, and organ will be complete in every detail. It is expected that the building will cost between two hundred and fifty thousand and three hundred thousand dollars. When completed it is believed this will be one of the most beautiful structures in Cincinnati.—
