This testimony is given in loving gratitude for Christian Science, for our Leader's faithful work in giving it to us, for the consecrated workers all over the field who are devoting their entire time to the healing of sin and sickness, and for the many activities and channels to help to make it understood. My first healing came six years ago, of what the physicians called chronic liver trouble. It was a very beautiful healing, bringing with it a great sense of peace and comfort, and of the power of divine Love to meet the human need.

Since then I have been healed of paralysis. The condition when treatment was begun seemed critical. The lower limbs were helpless, the vision much impaired, and I was unable to speak plainly. Those conditions were all met and conquered by Christian Science treatment. I have seen and experienced healings of croup, sprains, bruises, of grief when loved ones passed on, and have been protected in automobile accidents. Once in particular, when a party of four were returning from a trip, the two front wheels came off when we were going at a good speed, throwing the two in front on to their knees violently; but my friend and I, on the back seat, were not moved from our place. We were both declaring God's power and presence. No one was hurt, and we were so near home, we walked there easily.

This has all proved to me that Christian Science heals and saves and protects; and I hope this testimony may help some one else to know it and try it too.
